All sales are FINAL at Elle Vee Collection. 

Returns/refunds are ONLY offered in the event an item was misidentified or incorrectly described in the item posting on www.ellevee.co (discretion is given solely to Elle Vee Collection).

Note: Elle Vee Collection utilizes technology to create a digital fingerprint of each item purchased. This fingerprint allows Elle Vee Collection to identify any signs of wear and any serial/manufacturing coding that can be matched to an item offered for purchase.
